When do you find yourself at your most creative?

usually at about 1:00 am i feel most creative cause there's no one distracting me or anything

it depends, I usually get a lot of my ideas when I'm at work since I'm able to listen to my iPod all day. then I come home and try to make those ideas materialize, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. and, like most people, late at night, or when it's raining/snowing.

Normally I think of my best ideas after a night of skankin, all the new tunes inspire me to make stuff and i usually get home and throw my thoughts into FL.

But then again its pretty much whenever i hear a new tune that i really like, ill hear it, think, 'fuck me thats amazing', then ill go away for 15 mins to do whatever and in that time im just kind of swishing ideas around my head, usually end up with a pretty good one.

times when im out and just too far away from a copy of fl studio or logic, ill get my phone out and give it some 'doo doo doo doo' on record. Just to keep the idea fresh.
