Hmm, it's gone up CAD $0.20 since March. Oh well, I've been buying records all summer and fall. It's not like I'm going to stop buying UK records. That would make no sense at all. If it hits a super high, then we may have to work out a deal where we cut records over here and just import the masters. Let's have a Tempa - Toronto Office then!

Yes, obviously the UK pressing plants should outsource their operations to the US to save £££. I'll work as cheap labor, no problem

slightly off the main topic, i find it so crazy how people travel to new york to do xmas shopping! apparently its actually quite common. is it not just infuriatingly busy and hectic?! probably looks quite deep in the snow though

that is bad news for you guys like. but also very bad news for the massive, massive number of UK residents deep in credit :( (i think, i admittedly know nothing of finance...when they say the BofE plans to raise interest rates thatll have an effect on the public in the UK right?)

yep it will mean mortgage repayments will go up for people on variable repayment plans, and also means that borrowing in general becomes more expensive

Very glad I've cleared all my debts - I've actually got everything I want at the moment, so got no particular need to borrow anything. Still got enough to buy a few tunes a month so all's well really. And only 3 family members left so Christmas is dirt cheap.

Sorry, is that just too smug :D
Hmm....
