ok, here is
MP3 have many bitrate for audio quality ranking from 60kbps to 320kbps.
320kbps is actually best audio quality near cd quality and 128kbps is cheap internet quality. When someone on this site ask you for a 320, he is actually asking you, if you share your effort, a link where he can download this track for free in a 320kbps format for djing or mixing with other tracks...
