The Ugliest VST

Post by nowaysj » Thu Sep 24, 2009 9:21 am

Geekery:

What is the ugliest vst? I'm not talking freeware here, I'm talking big boys.

I nominate Trilogy, that's a dawg.

That is ugly.

But I said big boys.

Re albino, have you seen albino 1? I don't know if it was skinned, but I saw a pic and it looked kinda cool, grey and yellow.

It is awfully white. I don't mind it. Bang Bang, Judge has spoken.

But come on, this thing is $300! http://www.spectrasonics.net/instrument ... t.html]YUK

I think it just looks low-budget and tacky, not that ugly.

Agreed on Albino, I nominate Cameleon 5000 and Z3ta.

does Atlantis Filter count as big boys?

Whether it does or not, I still nominate it....fuckin terrible. crazy results....but it's like looking at a poorly drawn cartoon (like the real early Simpson's vs. the later Simpsons)

sylenth is pretty bugly.

Asci, you're going to vst hell for defaming massive - the most straightforward and accessible and usable synth ui ever developed. SHAME.
