My back is really starting to suffer from my setup.... I currently have a pretty shit office chair which I found for free outside a doctor's surgery round the corner. I think maybe I need to show my back some love and get something slightly better.
Any posture nerds out there or just anyone that's got a particularly comfortable fucking chair?
Tempted by a second hand Aeron, but I keep finding new bits and pieces that are way more than I should spend but fucking awesome:
Want.

i've had a pretty decent office chair, wasn't too comfy but yeah it was oke. The mofo broke so now i roll with a crappy wooden dinner table chair with just a thin cushion

yeah I used to sit in this small ass wooden chair...like the ones they made kids sit on in the corner of class with the 'Dunce' hat on.
I now use a a more comfortable rolly chair that has arm rests
9-5 i work for a furniture testing Lab - check your chair has been tested to the following office seating standards and you won't go wrong for comfort and durability:
BS EN 1335-2: 2000 for up to 110 Kg User - 8 hours a day use
or
BS 5459-2: 2000 up to 150 Kg User - 24 hours a day use
it costs a tidy penny for companies to test to these so your in for a treat if they do.

I use a wooden chair with no wheels. I don't find any problems with it. Keeps me awake and making music, I would'nt waste my money on a chair because there damn pricey.
