I really hope it's legit... Two of my definite favorites working together. That's insane... :o

"What the plan is... you know that Mad Professor record that we did? (1995's 'No Protection'). Essentially trying to get that together, where Burial essentially remixes quite a lot of the new tracks. Brings out a different version of quite a lot of the tracks that we've done".

I love that Mad Professor vs Massive Attack record, I still listen to it.
This collab sounds amazing, but we'll have to wait and see..

indeed. could see this dissipating...or becoming lost on a HD & become a mythical 'white whale' album...but when/if released i'll take 2.
why do people still anticipate a dj kicks, didn't burial kinda debunk that rumor himself here:
http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuse ... =410528045

*i guess he doesn't totally debunk it, but far from any sort of confirmation

Very excited bout this. Luv Trip Hop: Massive Attack, Tricky and Portishead. Luv Burial - he's amazin. Be a great combo.

And yeah LOL on release dates - but I'm always way way way behind all of the rest of you guys, so I dont mind. So much dubstep to catch up on :) Large Up.

Because it might as well not happen. I don't see the point of basically promising something if it's not even on the drawing board.

I would appreciate a Burial mix of Unfinished Sympathy, that would be big.
