Let me give you the quick way of doing it with not too many wires going around.
Load the hit up in NNxt, and you can add all the effect to each hits..

dont use reason but had a lecture at uni about it today.
basically you press the tab button to get all the routing up then route one of the hits to a track on the mixer, not sure where you go from there or how to put effects on.
hope that makes sense, i don't really know a great deal about reason.

Basically the picture what DZA has just shown you.
Hit tab on your keyboard you'll see the routing options, and on the back will be in and outs for the individual drum hits.
Press shift and select an effect (this loads the effect without wiring it to things automatically)
Then route the effects to the drum channel you want.

i usually run a seperate mixer for my redrum and connect the channels 1-10 on the back of the redrum to the 1-10 into the back of the mixer then click on the mixer and add what sound effects you want up to 4 then use the knobs at the top of each channel to effect each channel of the redrum...when you do it this way it also wires it for you...i know it's kinda cheating but also a good way to see how to do it in the future!!!!hope this helps!!!!
