Headphones/Speakers

What in ear or earbud headphones would you recommend me for less than thirty quid? maximum amount of bass and highest possible sound quality etc
im thinking sennheisers but not sure exactly what type or if there are any other outstanding ones
also any good speakers that i can connect to my laptop/mp3 etc in the same price range and again with best bass/sound quality
