like already mentioned in this thread the best program for you will obviously be the one that you are most comfortable using.

i'm using reason and i love it and obviously great stuff can be made on it. honestly i think if you can't make music in reason there isn't much point in thinking that a magic plugin is going to save you. in saying that i'm learning renoise atm so i can implement some different synths i like.

obviously people are just exaggerating when they say that reason sucks and all that shit.

ffs my mpc don't support vsts either...

im pretty sure he uses logic, but plenty of other amazing producers use reason. check out widdler, dude has some of the cleanest productions out..
