According to my impressions it was more huge than I had expected ! DEEP MEDI into its 4th dimension ! Maybe the best Dubstep party I had ever known !
>> Subsound introduced the party with a sick energic mix, de puta madre !
>> V.I.V.E.K calmed down the atmosphere and Mc SGT POKES took the mic! Here was DEEP MEDI on the stage!
He played some productions from the label, and other melodic & deep stuff. What I wanted to heard !
It was an amazing versatile mix with energy at the end.
>> Then Goth-Trad took the control after everything was set up and ready to go for the live ! I didn't feel the impression it was a live ! Everything was perfect command with samples from the label's productions and live remixes if I remember ! Actually, he was the master and killed everything !
>> Finally, Mala set was mad ! Mc SGT POKES was back and they led us out to the end without forgetting the DMZ side. He brought us everything was missing to complete this DEEP MEDI night!
Le Zoo was crowdy as usual ! Everything well organized ! But I'm everytime surprised to see how young is the public! When I was waiting in queue a girl was talking about her future 18th birthday ! I don't know if the swiss laws are stricts about that, but it's not bad young ppl listen to quality sounds sometimes instead of shit!
However, Dubstep seems to be enigmatic and missunderstood. I heard talking ppl who like Dub and they were mostly comparing Dubstep to D&B, without limits, crazier and more special ! On the dancefloor some ppl were unenthusiastic, others weren't ! I would have prefered they put more faya for DEEP MEDI but it's just my personal opinion !
I don't know how the spanish public was the day before !
After all of that, I think I will pay more attention to SUB.FM right now ! BTW Bun Zero is playing in one month, don't even know if I'll be at the party.
