Doodling random shit onto your body isn't practice. When I draw a smiley face on on a random peice of paper I dont think of it as practice for becoming a fine artist or some shit. Also the fact that all that mess is pernament will eventually dawn on him and he'll feel like a right fucking pleb.

if someone I cared about was deceased I'd consider getting a tat...on the chest or back or something. Not in plain view on my forearm.

Yeah in that way i can understand heck i know alot of people from the army who have there deceased family and friend's names tattoo'd on them, what i mean is when people get like a panther on there arm and 20 years later it sag's and looks like a cock.
