the wind whispers strong
through the forest I listen
the leaves are falling

A rhyme in a haiku.
WHAT IS UR ADDRESS?

WHAT IS UR ADDRESS?

Re: Classic garage/2step snare
Take a fairly heavy but short hat sound and EQ it so that the focus is on the snare area instead of up in the top end, that makes a fairly nice sound
Re: Classic garage/2step snare
This was exactly what I was going to say.k_k wrote:yeah essentially
. pitch a snare up
.use a really short envelope
.jsut use a rimshot if you cba
.or just use all three
.or you could ignore all of the above and do something totally different
also i havent heard that gorillaz track fer ageeessssss
Also, if you want a different flavour, don't be afraid to use acoustic snares, namely Piccolo snares since they have an interesting high pitched character that would fit Garage very well.

Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.
