Yeah, I only get it when I sleep on my back. Also, I snore wild as fuck, sleeping on my back takes it to next level loudness, whereas being on my side or front its not as bad. Still, not sure how your wang hurts from sleeping naked, I've never had that issue from 10 years of bedtime nudism, and I've fallen asleep in some pretty wild positions.

i usually end up sleeping on my front but when naked this isn't comfortable...sleeping on my back is hard to achieve but when i do i feel better rested than usual..

sleeping on your front actually crushes your organs
