The fuck are you guys talking about.

This cover represent Hyperdub perfectly. Minimal, experimental, futuristic.

I wouldn't call a lot of hyperdub stuff minimal.

I like the cover. Reminds me of an update of Peter Saville's designs for Factory.

More importantly, there is more musical goodness on this compilation than in the whole of most people's record collections. Kode 9, I salute you.

The best tracks are (imo)
Flying Lotus - 'Disco Balls'
LD - 'Shake It'
Darkstar - 'Need You'

The cover is pretty boring but it was never gonna be flashy, fits the label really.
A few tracks i'm not feeling but all in all it's a solid release with lot's of classics that i didn't previously own.

5 perfectly symmetrical glowing bars amidst a lot of noise
subtly forming the hyperdub logo

what's NOT amazing and (ahem) hyper about that??

Have a few shots of rum, then toke on a large joint, pop a e-tab then look at the cover and the art work becomes crystal clear! Lol

Its like one of those images you stare at close range and slowly move away concentrating on the middle area and the image becomes visible..

yeh given this mannny listens, cd1 is epic, and even though i already had most of the tunes from cd2 its so nice to listen through.

more labels should put out these sort of releases imo...

the cover is interesting, i quite like it except for the colour scheme. #bad

i like the artwork, i think that all the hyperdub artwork is pretty decent. its instantly recognisable and helps to re-encofce the identity and brand. Hyperdub is like a modern day warp, where the label is as powerful if not more so then the artists who are on it. plus like warp it goes down the cryptic and unorthodox way of presenting itself. Kode 9 is a very clever man and thats why hyperdub will still be around in 15 - 20 years time i rekon.
