one of my buds told me the other day who worked in tv i just can't remember. trying to make a quick patch so freq or actual note would be great.
yes simple idiotic question, too drunk to go hunting.

I don't think there's an offical saying on what freq. it is. my guess would be 1khz

sounds like 1k to me too. if its the same as the test pattern then its definitely a 1k sine wave

1kHz as far as i know. when i would work on filmsets, and we'd send the camera crew tone, that was the tone.

Yup they are right. funny you posted this I was working on something the other day and needed this... compared it to some examples and it's 1KHz

oh wow, i completed guessed the 1khz thing. It's a test tone freq. on my mixer.

do i get a prize by the way?
