it's not about licking his arse vs. he's an arse, it's about whether or not you think it's hilarious that someone's just had their tunes nicked. regardless of whether or not you feel them. put it this way, if mala came on here and said 'alright lads, someone just nicked my bag with 60 dubs in it, heaps of exclusives from me new and old', and it was invaded by 40 rusko fans going LOL THEY DO NOTHING IN THE DANCE ANYWAY HAHA IT'LL ALL GET TORRENTED, you'd think they were absolute waste stnuc. and you'd be right.

Tasty

p.s. I agree, this is a really shitty thing to have happen to anyone. A friend (who is still learning his craft djing wise and has earned a spot at a local student night) had some pillock try to snatch his vinyl bag after the gig, shitbags everywhere.

Just so you know, if someone, does get signed with rusko's tunes, rusko can just take them to court, show the raw Daw file he made, job done. The only thing the theif has to prove it's theirs is a 320.

Jesus there are some morons in this thread.

No-one is gonna be able to pretend that the tune is theirs and get it signed, no-one is that stupid and like said, it'll all be on ruskos computer anyway. He's only moaning about his dubs getting leaked, he hasn't lost any hard work, not like he cant just burn them again. Not like anyones gonna be dropping them in a set (or at least one that matters) any time soon either. Yeah it sucks and the guys a bit of a prick, but its really not the end of the world. Also, LOL at the 2 competing equally gay bunch of tards on the we love rusko and the we hate rusko sides. "Yeah he's shit anyway LULZ" "Stop yelling at rusko!"

People crying over nothing, less than a storm in a teacup.

Nicking a RECORD bag however, shootable offence

it depends on how you look at it - judging by the comments in this post, there is a bunch of individuals who seem to think that rusko's music isn't doing any good to dubstep scene in the first place

anyway, it's all pretty sad, tho thc's comment - on the fact that only tune exclusivity is lost in this case - makes a pretty strong point imho. i wonder who would be stupid enough to actually release stolen stuff
thc wrote:i dont get why people are saying it's some big loss for him. saying he lost time and effort. wtf?!?
he can just burn the CDs again, no big deal. the problem is that he doesnt want other people to get the exclusive tunes and play them and/or leak them on the net.
so he loses the exclusivity of some tunes. he can just write some more. they dont sound like they take much effort.
"f*ck dubstep. It's played almost exclusively by self indulgent wannabe losers"

amen

This. People know they can flog vinyls on ebay and elsewhere for quite a good £/lb ratio so it's a safe nick (I heard a good tactic is to keep your records in something that doesn't look like a record bag at home in case you do get burgled)

I laugh when people talk shit about Rusko and say he's no good, or he's ruining dubstep and nobody likes him.... All of his tracks sell like hot-cakes, his shows are crazy packed with people going nutz, and he crushes the dance floor. The guy's a great entertainer with mad passion for the music and the scene. Seems like the only people hateing are a bunch of computer geeks with nothing better to do. I feel bad for him, hope his CD's show back up.

producers dont ruin the scene, haters do!

i dont see why so many people are making a big deal about this when rusko doesnt even make dubstep, he makes popstep (a completely different genre) so nobody should be worried about him polluting dubstep because "hes floated off into popstep land" (which is a sad state of affairs, but thats another story)
