^LOL.

you know when i bought my copy of the Lonely Planet Guidebook to MC'ing, there wasn't a checklist. i must've missed that part.

chapter 11 on "how to make the blogger's love you" was entertaining though.

this is a difficult one...damn.

When i'm out west, it's all about Child. i have three recorded sets with Child this year...check them HERE. Who could forget the 6/16 Grime City show?

For the NYC crew....what about the 6/23 Dubwar w/Skream?
If Mikey reads this thread....who could forget the 88.9 FM radio show? The hosts had to stop taking calls because so many people were calling in!
I'm not even gonna talk about Artscape and how things went down there. OH BOY....OH JOY!

Juakali - he's the Dubwar MC. Ice cold....cold as ice. His style is different, but it works. Juakali just gets it.....i cant explain it any other way. Do a youtube search for DubWar. You'll see what i'm talking about.

Pokes - every time i've played london, pokes has been on the mic. nuff said. There are catch phrases that he uses that only he can use.....if i say them, they dont sound right. He says them...they sound as if they were made for Poax. example: "Time for the big body workout !!!" it's not only what he says....but how he says it. he clearly has the best dubstep mc voice.

hmmmmm.....

innit

pokes is perfect for dubstep

and he's blaitantly of one few MCs that can actually get me in stitches at a rave lol

but more good grime MCs over dubstep are needed, and those that do it well deserve the credit as it obviously doesn't come naturally to them, esp spitting over the half step stuff...but when it works- it's magic !

When im out in a club tho all about crazy/poax .... perfect balance of hosting and lyrics, jokes etc exactly right for dubstep
