Whats on in amsterdam from 19th - 27th Nov? Apart from innovation in the dam + the cup?
Going out for 7nights and am going to need my music fix!

so i have found a few things to do from the 20th weekend to the 26th during the cup.
There is the Innovation in the Dam d&b and dubstep show that looks pretty hard. looks sick. dub sector holding it down stoked for that. Hatcha, Chef, Crissy Criss, Plastician should be huge.

and...................
There is a wicked reggae lineup at Melkweg for 4 days in a row from the 22nd to the 26th in which these artists all play in that order each night.
Easy Star Allstars
Yellowman
Slightly Stoopid
Barrington Levy

should be a good cup

AMSTERDAM IS SHIT FOR MUSIC
lol sorry for the caps but they only play cheesy shit / ambient house / rubbish
i've been 5/6 times and its always the same rotterdam is better for non commercial music
we booked the dreadlock cafe to play dnb one of the weekends about 4 years ago turned up complete with vinyl lugged all the way from the UK to have some arrogant ass wipe tell me we hadnt booked and wernt playing.
Even tho we'd confirmation by email and had 15 DJ's in our group.
... in the end we found a cafe that let us play dnb and cotched off there
its a pitty b/c i cant remember the name of the cafe we ended up in
and even if the say they play dnb on the door dont take it as fact b/c they'll say anything to get you into their clubs
on the last night we headed to the milkweig amsterdams biggest club ... the people on the door told us that they played dnb n there was non on all night and ended up stuck there b/c it was the last night and last of our funds
if you want my advice .... goto dam for the bud & cafe's .... but dont go looking for music b/c 99.9% is shite
ps.
i havnt been for 2/3 years so this might of improved but i very much doubt it

We will be spinning drum and bass on sunday night @ Next Level in Winstons Cafe/Bar, supporting Yellowman at the cup doing dubstep on Monday night, then theres a possibility of us doing a few sets in Barneys Uptown... Be good to see ya at any of em, let us know and come and have a beer or two innit... Bless
