Sales Person Job Vacancy - Deadline extended to January 16th 2010

S.T. Holdings is looking for a sales person to join our existing team on the south coast of England.

Are you the right person? A knowledge and passion for music, particularly Drum & Bass, Dubstep and Techno is a must. As well as being: friendly, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, hard working and a team player.

The role of sales person:

* Maximise sales of product to existing customers
* Provide excellent customer service.
* To manage a large database of clients and to update the internal CRM system at all times.
* To become an expert in the company’s products & services.
* To build excellent relationships on the telephone to maximise business opportunities.
* To consistently achieve / over achieve on agreed sales targets.
* Collaborate with the S.T. Holdings staff to assist with the marketing and promotion of new releases.
* Checking sales information / stock control;
* Data entry, filing & general administration.

Skills required:

* Previous sales experience.
* Working knowledge of Apple Macs
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge & experience of accounting software (Hansa preferred).
* Demonstrate the ability to develop good relationships on the telephone
* Demonstrate the ability & willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
