Im a Brit living in Tokyo.
As far as im aware Gothtrads "Back to chill" (At "Unit" night club) is the only dubstep night. Its much much smaller and more low key than you will be used to in the UK.
Some more info..."Unit" definatly has the best line ups for dub/drum and bass. However, the clubbing landscape in Japan is dominated by House, trance and techno, so if your into that its fucking amazing. Check out "Air" and "Yellow" especially, here are club listings for major clubs...
