T BAR are reinforcing their foundations, connecting the mics and turning the lights down even lower in preparation for TB/SS, the new monthly dubstep and bass night introducing the next generation of stars and reverberating throughout London.

The residents guiding us along the path of bass and heavy drops into breaks culture are Klose One, who first cut his teeth on pirate radio station Y2K in 2002, and now hosts shows on Itch FM and Pyrotechnic.com as well as playing at notable clubs in London including Matter, Fabric and Herbal. Rattus Rattus, Urban Nerd resident and regular DJ partner to Klose One, will be proving why they’re the best bassline-diggin’ party crews around with a mash-up of basement, electro, breaks and dubstep. Alexander Nut (aka Dj Peanut) has been described as one of a kind for being the only experimental hip hop DJ on London’s urban radio, Rinse. He plays a global art form on a station devoted to unique local sounds. Floating Points completes the crew. Hailing from the talented family of CDR Sessions in London, Floating Points aka Sam Sheperd has been one of the most promising producers to watch out for this year with his various re-edits online have been spinned by the likes of Benji B, Gilles Peterson and Domu.

Other guests confirmed are drum and bass hero DJ Zinc, who’s seminal ‘Super Sharp Shooter’ remains to be one of the most recognisable dance records, crossing over so for a short time, house kids, hip-hop heads and the whole of the Jungle massive were quite literally, singing the same tune. Then there’s self taught producer and owner of label Terrorhythm Recordings, Plastician, having had tunes "Hard Graft" and "Pump Up The Jam" making no. 1 on the 1Xtra Garage chart. DJ Redlight resides in Perth, Western Australia. After initially releasing a full remix soundtrack for Doom, he’s since moved on to remixing music for OverClocked ReMix, as well as releasing his own original music on his website. Jack Adams AKA Mumdance is an artist really coming into his stride. His eclectic music taste and original slant on music has fast earned him international notoriety. Jack is at the forefront of the emerging “Global Bass” scene breaking many boundaries in the process. Mary Ann Hobbs who’s 'Dubstep Warz' show for Radio1 in January 2006 is widely regarded at the show that broke the dubstep sound globally is also due to get her dubstep on.

Also joining will be Oneman who has shared the bill with the likes of Grandmaster Flash, Dizee Rascal and Roots Manuva amongst many others. DJ Slugz got into Jungle and Drum&Bass after frequenting squat raves at the tender age of 16. He got into dubstep in 2007 and has been playing alongside the big boys ever since such as Andy C, Shy FX and Boyson who will be accompanying him on the decks at T Bar. Supporting these guys on the same night is live jungle drummer Dick Turpin with the evening hosted by Illaman, who is without a doubt one of the most talented and intelligent MC's on the UK scene right now.

Snitch DJs and Jack Beats will be joined by We’re Not Cool! aka Mark Allain who from his earliest days has been digging in crates and listening to records which has all contributed to him being such a talented DJ today. Ben Westbeech has enjoyed great success over the past years gave a CD containing his first single "So good today" to a friend in London. Two months later she played it to Gilles Peterson who snapped it up. This led to Ben being signed to Gilles Peterson's new label, Brownswood Recordings. His debut album Welcome to the Best Years of Your Life was released in March 2007.And he later appeared on Later... with Jools Holland alongside Paul McCartney and Björk. And finally producer and DJ Zed Bias, who has also released material under the pseudonym Maddslinky, and is half of the Phuturistix duo, is probably best known for his single"Neighbourhood", which reached #25 in the UK charts in July 2000.

These high calibre guests will guide you through the finer points of dub-based dancefloor electronics at T Bar’s illustrious surroundings.
