i don't follow very well. Do you have a degree in this or what do you mean with halfway through apprenticeship? Are you like following a stage or learning from a master/teacher or something?

Basicly I work for a company with machinery, technicians are used to maintain or fix these machines, I am being trained by these technicians to become a technician myself, 1 day a week I go to college and study mechanical engineering which relates to what I do at work, My company pays for the course and pays my salary for working. The first 2 years of college was Btec nation certificate, the 2nd 2 years (which I'm on now) is Btec Higher National Certificate. It is the equivalent to a foundation degree. For the other 4 days of the week on the first year I was at a training centre but now I'm at my company that employs me, throughout the 4 years I have to complete a NVQ level 2 & 3 which is based on practical jobs that I have to produce.

Soz if this is a bit confusing
