im running logic 7 (yea yea i know) and have cracked NI plugins (Battery, FM8, Absynth, Massive).
After installing a security update logic will no longer access the VSTs altho they are still there on my computer in the components folder. just coming up in the tracks with a slash through it.
anyone help?

Dont discuss cracked software here mate. You will get the boot if you do.
First off. they aint vsts
they are logics format called audio unit or .AU
Load up your audio units manager (under the logic bar at the top left) and disable the ones that arent working. Then click them back on and see if they work.
My mate has the same problem when he upgraded to logic 8, and now 9.
