Fake Blood/Jack Beats/Boy 8-Bit??

Post by Chiefmeister » Mon Dec 14, 2009 6:44 pm

yo guys, recently just joined so be nice :p lol, just basically got really into these artists, trying to find some along the same lines. I'm not talking proper deep dubstep like Burial (although his albums are a work of art), wobbly quite house-y and upbeat tunes :) not really sure what genre Jack Beats etc come under but seriously any recommendations would be amazing :) cheers! x

Eeem these guys aren't reaaally dubstep at all so as Jackmaster said this isn't really the forum for this kind of music. Off the top of my head though id recommend A1 Bassline, Drop The Lime, Tiga, alot of stuff off the Trouble & Bass label, Surkin, A-Trak, Armin Van Helden, Kitsune Mixtapes.
You could also try Baobinga & I.D. always bass heavy, usually breaks but sometimes along the lines of the shit I mentioned above.

Probs the Electro section and Indie/Nu-dance section of beatport https://www.beatport.com/en-US/html/con ... 86-index=2 will give you a vast selection of artists and tunes!

For stuff close(?) to dubstep but less dark maybe try UK Funky like Roska & L-Vis-1990 or maybe 4x4 Bassline but I don't really know any artists who do that stuff apart from T2.

Hope that helps you out, it helped me to put off my studying for 5 minutes!
