These drugs dehydrate you, which in turn lowers the amount of saliva you produce and causes dry mouth. Saliva is necessary to moisten the mouth while chewing and break down food (also aiding digestion), so if you have dry mouth, the act of eating will be a lot more difficult.

How about next time, you leave it an hour til AFTER you need to eat, so you arent left forced-choking down a christmas meal with family..

That's only a tiny part of why you can't eat. Any stimulants, phet being the worst for it in my experience, cause your soft tissue to contract, soft tissue being stomach, throat, nipples, penis (hence shrinkage). This means your stomach is shrunk to fuck, as if you hadn't eaten any food in days. This means that even if food makes it to your stomach, you can't get much in there. But the main reason they stop you eating is the way they all stop peristalsis occuring in your throat. When you swallow food it doesn't just rely on gravity to drop it down in to your stomach, it's squeezed down your throat, just like how you squeeze a poo out, similar sorts of muscle contractions. As this isn't happening, any food you swallow just doesn't go down, and if it does, it goes down slowly. This is why when you put food in your mouth mid/post stimulant drug session you can't actually swallow it, your gag reflex won't allow it, as it'd just sit in the top of your throat and probably choke you. The easiest way to eat is just blend everything, eat soups and shit, and pop some suppliments. Taking antihistamines counters this effect (benadryl, nytol etc, anything that contains diphenhydramine) as they cause soft tissue to relax, but I'm not sure they help peristalsis occur again. In my experience, the damage done by the drugs is almost impossible to counter by taking diphenhydramine, but it certainly helps you stomach food a bit easier in the day.

They still prefer their smack and booze where I work, smack, cannabis and booze are the top three for us. Haven't had anyone refer or be referred with a meph, that they admit to anyway. I have had my suspicions about some of the lads in their twenties because they're internet savvy and will still be able to take it and get their benefits and parole because it won't show up in the tests!

I can understand a few drinks, a couple of spliffs, perhaps a line or two on christmas if your that sort but really did you have to do all that. And mephedrone is definately a fiends drug. A lot of my old friends have gotten into it now, perhaps for the worse. Is 5-meo-dmt illegal in England btw?

i actually saw him tellin that story on a rehab tv show, that ****** said "i dove in like a crop duster.... PEEEEOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!"

so they show him arriving at the rehab center, the do the standard search of his belongings to make sure he's not packin powder or whatnot, they open his suitcase, and it contains exactly (if my memory serves me correctly):

1) a shit ton of pennies

2) a small bottle of mouthwash

3) a highlighter

and im pretty sure that was it, no clothes, anything, just that.
