Mostly, it's really high metabolism.
That's pretty much me but I'd replace skate with mountain bike and I play paintball too but only in the summer. I'd much rather be skinny than fat!

used to do 10km at the gym averaging about an hour 2 or 3 times a week

but then got distracted and stopped going so canceled.

when school's in session, i usually bike 1-2 hours a day, usually like to hit the gym at night and do some weights.

gets me feelin like a champ and lookin pretty good :)

i dont really stick to this every day but :
. Get my 5 a day
. Dont really eat much anyway
. about 30 sit ups, 15 press ups and stretching in the morning
. Im usually really hyper so i run around alot aswell as acting like a total twat
. Walk home
. go out either playing footy, skating or titing around with mates
. Walk the long way back to my house just cos i like walking at night
. do 50 sit ups, 15 press ups, maybe some star jumps in the evening

Also im really rather fidgety and restless, so ill always be moving or walking around :lol:

some days ill do fuck all but like elements my metabolism is pretty badman, my weight never really changes drastically

I wonder what it's like to be fat, it must be well shit. You sweat and smell all the time, you get horrible bits of gunk under the folds of your skin that may not be visible to the naked eye but it is why fat people often stink. Especially if they have been eating a curry or strongly spiced food, it collects in the folds of their ugly bulbous body and festers, purifying in the fat sweaty folds of a belly. I wonder what it's like not to be able to run up several flights of stairs before turning purple or just not even making it up the first flight, I wonder what it is like to know that you look disgusting. Man boobs ffs :(

I have friends who don't do sports (in other words, their muscles don't make them heavy), are over 160 pounds and aren't fat.

Take randomly longg walks sometimes
Used to start day with 100 press ups and sit ups......it's been so long i'm back down to 40 =/ and i don't even do them anymore.
I occasionaly run, if i need to.
And i exercise my brain :) ...That counts......Doesn't it? :(

I weighed 11stone/154 lbs/70kg when I moved to London 5 months ago. I now weigh 12stone/168lbs/76kg. I need to hit the treadmill big time.
