i ve broken virtual dj

it has the bpm of in for the kill - skream/la roux jammed on 88bpm and wont let me adjust it
any ideas?

Sometimes virtual software writes the bpm in the ID3 of the mp3 and reads it from then on. Try clearing the mp3 tag and any cache files associated with the software. Never used virtual dj before though, but maybe it's one of those that does this.

clear the db down

*there is an option in the settings ... reset to defaults

Click "BPM" on the deck its on (at the very top), and there are several ways to calculate the Bpm of the song, if you cant work it out, mix it into a tune, then copy the Bpm when its successfully mixed.

It cant be "stuck", you set can manually set the bpm from these tabs in many different ways. but the best way is to mix it into another track so you know when its the same, you can change the bpm of said track to match the other deck.
