depends what you class as bad, iv jus been in america where its 3ft of snow and -20 every day and everyone still goes to their job and commutes fine. england you get 6inch of snow and that is it. shit has hit the fan.

You'd think so...but Toronto is more southern in the country so I guess their snowfalls never get like most other places in Canada except Vancouver maybe.
