Changing Style **ADVICE NEEDED**

Post by riproarious » Thu Jan 07, 2010 11:38 pm

Hey guys,

I've produced a handful of tracks, and have a few on the go, all in the dubstep/grime genre.
My problem is that all my tracks have a dark moody feel, not saying it's bad..
But I'd like to have a couple club bangers.. ;)

Can anyone share some advice on composition or anything that could help vary my style??

Thanks!

I'd say try and create a nice upbeat melody for your saw in your head. Done.
Write that down and see what you can make out of that, the best way is to teach yourself -
You'll realise you'll learn faster that way :D

If your still stuck, im sure someone here will answer - including me :)
