Well, in a way, what is "good" can only be set in a logic and unbiased way, so you really need to look at sales of this, versus sales of that. In effect, on a global scale, what is in the charts is "good", to a whole load of people. We might disagree with them, but our opinion is fringe, vastly outnumbered by the people who sit in front of MTV all day being exposed to a fairly limited range of sounds and styles.

The person was obviously talking about "in their opinion" though....so fair play to em, they think what is in the charts is good. They just happen to be wrong.

As per usual, my stance in the whole wobble VS deep....I like em both, i produce em both, i often put both in the same set. Shame on me.
