Croydon exploration tips

Hey people, I'm an Aussie dubstepper who flew into london this morning. I've trekked over to croydon to absorb the environment and am now in an internet cafe. Any suggestions of streets to walk through while i'm here? ie particularly dingy streets etc?

Don't want to miss anything.

this thread is hilarious. i've joked so much about how croydon's where it's at cos it's the home of dubstep, and i never thought we'd be getting aussies coming over to feel the vibes...

I took my wife to West Croydon to show her where I used to live a couple of years back. She enjoyed Beano's. I hear it's closed down/has closed down now...

Is that musical instrument store still in West Croydon? The one opposite Joy's Chicken..
