I have a music tech degree. One thing I learned from my teachers is none of them have music tech degrees! You dont need one to get into the business. Save your money and get that inturn poisition right away or find out where they are hiring and get a degree in that and do music in your spare time. I do carpentry to pay the bills. People ask why I dont have a job in the industry with my degree... I do! does running a label, producing, djing and putting on shows not count? But it doesnt make me any money at all. So if you want to do phisical labor for your life, persue your dreams!
