My order arrived today. There was 1 item missing and 2 of the same one sent, but a quick (& friendly) phone call later and it was all sorted.

I used 02072477252 to get through to them, a trademark London geezer picked up the phone, and was quite helpful.

Ordered last Thursday and they arrived yesterday, which is cool - wicked prices too so can't complain about that.

BUT - I did pay £9.49 postage and when they arrived the postage mark on the package read £5.05 (can't believe it costs 4 quid to package it). Jokes. Turns out they're accross the road from me too...

Gutted. Thats where the money is made then...At least you recived your order though...And yeah some of the prices for some 12''s are great.

Just to follow my previous post up, I received the replacements for the missing tunes in the post today. I would suggest you call them if you have had a problem or are waiting on an order, as when I rang I said that I also emailed and he mentioned problems with the admin@dubplate address.

Keep trying that number. Eventually you'll get through. I was in the same postion as you until i called them, and got them to send the order out on Tuesday. Its with my local royal mail homophobe. i know that much. Just don't know when i'll get it.

the website is such a tragedy. i emailed them a while back offering technical assistance (i'm an IT consultant) and i'd have taken payment in wax but never got a reply.

Ordered 3 records on Monday, opened the package today and, surprise surprise, one was missing. Called them, said they'd call back soon.

they got back to me and have sent my order out today and dont know why my order went under the rader, hope they all get here now

Got my order yesterday and today, in two different packets (only becasue i ordered so many)

Everything is here, apart from one 12'', for which i'll give them a call and email about.I'm sure he'll send it out today or on monday.

Still waiting for two more separate orders that i made.Cant wait to receive them so i can put all this 12'' hassle behind me and just jam the vinyl i've bought.

Is it still a good lil deal? Cheap plates, but agony waiting for them...

At the end of it, no one will give a shit, its just cos mose people are used to redeye and chemical's level of service. Gotta remember dubplate.net is only run by one bloke in an office (i think).

Im also a bit worried, I have ordered some MP3s and cant download them because "there is an error with the file". So irritating! Anyone got any ideas of the quality of the mp3s?
