sweet merciful crap! that's the relentless one!? aren't there like 10 000 of those out there? i wonder what the original white label would go for. if rhythm division hadn't screwed up my order and lost it way back when i might be tempted to give it a go. i'm tempted to do this one though. 30 pounds!

I only noticed this listing because I've been following Ebay listings prior to putting my big list up.
Somehow I can't imagine I'll get anything like this for any of my records.
I think the Channel U kids would rather listen to Lethal B or SLK than Alias or Big Shot, so I expect that my real classics will go for pennies.
Maybe I should just put "RARE GRIME L@@K PAYPAL!" after everything lol

I'll post the link up here as soon as my Turbo Lister list is complete.
I'm planning on ending all the auctions at about 2000 (south London time), which should be an OK time for everyone (well, except ppl in Singapore maybe lol)
120-150 grime vinyls from 2001-2006. not all classics, but there's a lot of big tunes in there.

I sold my first batch of 100 on eBay and didnt get much, about £50 and there were some classics in there like Orbital "Chime" promo and Smokebelch parts 1 and 2 on white label.the947sw11 wrote:I only noticed this listing because I've been following Ebay listings prior to putting my big list up.
I spoke to Hard to Find Records (htfr.com) and they appear to want quite a lot of my records at around £4+ per record. Might be worth looking at their wanted list...

The problem with HTFR is that they pay about 20% of their subsequent asking price; which, in my experience, is probably about twice what you'd pay anywhere else.drbluebeat wrote:I sold my first batch of 100 on eBay and didnt get much, about £50 and there were some classics in there like Orbital "Chime" promo and Smokebelch parts 1 and 2 on white label.the947sw11 wrote:I only noticed this listing because I've been following Ebay listings prior to putting my big list up.

I've seen a big change on Ebay over the last year or so. I'm not sure if it's because fewer people want vinyl now, or maybe it's a symptom of the declining economy generally, but most 12" just don't sell for the consistently high prices they used to. I managed to replace my battered copy of Nasty Habits - Here Comes The Drumz (original press/mix) for £7.50 - that would have been unheard of not so long ago. I couldn't believe it. Cheapest copy I'd seen anywhere else was £20.
Anyway, even if I only get £2 per record, that should net me £400 + what I get for my decks (hoping for about £300-£350)... I can buy bare cakes for that. lol

if your gonna get records off ebay then youll need something to play them on. check this!

can i put a roll of toilet paper on ebay and call it a nuclear centrifuge? Please note this does not come with instructions on how to fold, you will however recieve 10 pieces of a4 paper to make the turntable. This may not be enough to actually make the turntable itself.
