forget the thread about my hard drive bein crap....
found out today my motherboard is the real problem
hard drive controller went bad
son of a rotten ass filthy beotch... :q: :u: :q:

wtf do you guys do when you cant make a beat?
i got a couple weeks til i can scrounge up enough for a mac or new motherboard

Dude if you talk to nerdies n hackers alot of the time we have shit old boxes you can just have... I always find something to do a very temp job, theres an old pent 3 around my garage somewhere I plug in in times of desperation. Only runs FL7, but, eh, works.

Seriously though, Id do alot of CDJin if my pc was gone... never a bad time to practice beat juggles... buy a tape recorder n beatbox... buy four tape recorders n see if your the next beardyman... watch tons of movies n note samples... buy a field recorder n get samples for when your pc is functional again.. eat a cheesecake... go for a walk in the park...

Seriously though, I feel for you...

i'm going to record a bunch of guitar riffs too, those are all good and productive ideas though man thanks for the input!
