i can´t even copy and paste stuff in word without the autorepair or auto something fucking it up :roll:

Hover over the stuff you pasted and it should give you a little menu - choose "Keep Text Only" and it'll strip out all the stupid formatting that it's copied across.

If you go to "Set Default Paste" you can set it to do that automatically everytime...
