Jungle tunes that could be remade into SICK dubstep tunes !

Post by intoccabile » Tue Jan 16, 2007 6:10 am

Babylon shall fall

Da bass too DARK !

The license

It would be sick to see the producers who made these tunes actually make dubstep and decide to put out dubstep remixes of these classics !

I can totally imagine " special dedication " as a dubstep tune !

I remember buying jungle massive volume 1 and listening to that tune over and over again... the first time I heard that bassline I thought " this is so sick ! "

LTJ Bukem - Atlantis
That intro, with the female vocal on top :o

But a classic like this should remain untouched :p

Yes! The Jungle Massive compilations are wicked. Especially Vol 4 with 2 discs. Every tune on there is phat!

I already heard the Babylon sample in a tune dropped at FWD @ The End last year. Sick tune it was too.

Would be interesting to hear what Source Direct, Dillinja and Photek could do with dubstep, given that DNB as it is has to a large extent forced out that rhythmic freedom, room for sub bass etc. that you used to get in jungle.
