source direct as dubstep, oi now your talkin mate. would be sick but you got more chance than winning the lotto than them to gettin back together let anlone doin tunes on there own!Corpsey wrote:Would be interesting to hear what Source Direct, Dillinja and Photek could do with dubstep, given that DNB as it is has to a large extent forced out that rhythmic freedom, room for sub bass etc. that you used to get in jungle.
Jungle tunes that could be remade into SICK dubstep tunes !
well aint that typical, the moment you lose your interest in any DnB/Jungle that comes out they re-release old fav'sKaizen wrote:Catharsis wrote:been looking for that tune for like ever, realy... a dubstep rmx of this would be large!Furiouz wrote: Johnny - Johnny Jungle
its had a re-release not so long ago.... subase classics
3 off the top..
Origin Unknown - Sound in Motion. The bassline on that is already dark and rolling. It just needs a little more depth for the remix, I think.
Digital - Dirty Money (remix). I shouldn't even have to explain this.
Paradox - Think About It. Not a lot of bass in the original but the break and that James Brown sample could be worked into something real nice.

I'm thinking the break would work along the lines of the Innerlign tune "Revolution". It's on Parson's Tractor Pull mix if you haven't heard it. The one thing I think dubstep needs more of is breaks but then again I'm a drumfunk head soKaizen wrote: not really jungle..... more dnb...... could see the james brown sample workin tho!
