shit.

My mate just returned and said he hardly got ID'd at all and he's only 17...
He's probably lying or went to shit places.

My standard coffeeshop (Tuintje) always makes sure that I have my ID on me. They know my age, but if police come and I don't have an ID on me, they have to close down.

It could also be that your mate looks over 30 or something... I kinda have a babyface, but friends of me get asked at 28, while they not even look young.
Yeah I dunno, I asked him cos of this thread and he was just like nah it want a problem, in most places but some did ask (he had his brothers driving license with him)

Nah he looks 17/18.

He has no reason to lie cos he had his bro's ID anyway - but i suppose you never know with people haha!
do you know me? i spent about 9 hours in amsterdam in july and i didn't bring my ID but used my brothers, never got ID'd at the bulldog, rasta baby and some gammy coffeeshop in the RLD.

although i do look about 23 or so.
When was this? The rules are getting more enforced every year.

**People!!!** Do not go to the Bulldog! It's an overpriced shit coffeeshop! If you want weed and you're on leidseplein, walk for 2 minutes and go to Happy days, 2x better and cheaper!

My guilty secret:

the last time I went to dam I visited the Bulldog on the Leidesplein every freaking morning for a coffee, a bulldog redbull thingie and a ting-a-ling.

Admittedly I was staying in a hostel in Vondel park, but literally the bulldog was always the first place open in the morning.

I keep half arranging trips and never booking them.

After you've paid for flights, room and you've been kicking around getting merkled for 3 days it doesn't really matter.

Haha I would love to show you the difference between good weed and bad weed.

The difference is HUGE.

If you ever go to Amsterdam, go to a shop called Sportivo or Bulldog or GoedGoed (which ironically means GoodGood). Then after you are sober again (20 minutes later) go to Tuintje or Dampkring or Krush or Happy days or The Keeper or Kashmir or Pappilon, and tell me the difference.

Also: some kind of weeds may make you space nicely, but will give you headache or feel sick or paranoid or whatever, those are in Amsterdam also categorized as crap weed.

Haha, Berlin doner is great aswell, got to admit.

Back in amsterdam my favourite one is DONERLAND, and a few years after it opened, a competitor opened a shop called DONERISLAND.

I lol'd.

Sorry for the double post, but I need to promote this for a bit, since it's sick.

Just take a look at this line up:
Joker
Rusko
Kutz
Gomes
Datsik

Sounds good?

Paradiso Amsterdam, 04-03-2010.

I'll be there!
