FWD @ Plastic People?

Post by cooper » Tue Jan 26, 2010 10:43 am

Has FWD stopped for good at Plastic People? Hasn't been any listings since November or so on the FWD website. I can understand the night wanting to take the oppertunity of promoting at the biggest club in London but I used to love the deep sessions on Sunday night at Plastics.

I went to a "Lost" techno night at Plastic People a couple of weeks back and they stopped serving booze at 2 despite the night going on till 4. Apparently there have been a load of undercover police clamping down on licensing in shoreditch. I also heard that the restuarant upstairs had complained about the sunday sessions.

I hope that club isn't in trouble - London wouldn't be the same without it.

yeah the fuzz have been snooping around a bit. sometimes they park outside and have a wander around the club in the early hours. bit weird.

Plastic People is one of the only clubs I've been to that's lived up to any hype at all.
