Also, I think it would be beneficial if dubstep would get proper ragga/dancehall vocals for its tracks the way jungle did with Tenor Fly and Top Cat, instead of just sampling old tracks all the time.
Yes but, vocalist require paying and to be honest i would doubt any of the producers (even the big names) can afford top flight vocalist and all that recording vocals( booking studio, flighing them over or paying travel) entails.

Surely there is enough undiscovered ragga talent lurking about in London as it is?
And it's not necessarily needed to fly the vocalists over nowadays either. Never underestimate the wonders of the internet.

Whoever said LTJ Bukem: Atlantis..... Gwan! Decibella is it? You go girl.
Photek: Rings Around Saturn (Pure vibes, + that bass would be sick)
But my top one would be:
DJ Crystl : Let it Roll.... The edits and atmos in that track are ridiculous.
Peace!

yeah Shadowboxing would be great. pretty easy to do as well. most of that techstep stuff is perfect for conversion to Dubstep.
whoever said rings around saturn though...boh! that would be amazing! that real cinematic photek stuff would all sound great in a dubstep stylee.
on another note...someone should lock breakage and skream in a studio together...
