a little patience may be required but this track rewards
also on the vinyl are parts 1 & 3 - both excellent too

Think this is getting reissued soon, and deservedly so;

more contemporary quality;

bonus modern classic;

haven't gone through the whole thread to see if this has been posted already but whatever, it's so good it deserves to be posted twice.

Somebody mentioned Omar S earlier in the thread. Here's a favourite of mine from the don himself;

And no house thread is complete without a mention of Carl Craig via Theo Parrish

And from way back - 'Blackout' by Lil Louis

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohBMX6EY6yk
It was entirely instrumental at this time, like jazz gone wild...a very tribal sound: very electronic. We would play like that for about 10 minutes. Then everybody would have to get really stoned again…But what we had put into 10 minutes was so total and so very savage – the earth shook, then cracked, and SWALLOWED ALL MISERY WHOLE.

I have a few Omar S tracks, one is called 'U-on' or something, (will have to double check) but it's a really good tune, his tunes sound like they are about to fall apart! Such a diverse sound though.

theo's kicks... they sound like they're emanating from inside your skull

couldn't find a link, but 'Summertime is here' is another wicked theo parrish tune, beautifully slow

Shit I never heard this! Obsessed with this vocal since the Omar S Fabric mix.
