i always archive directly on the broadcasting computer.... so it's all good.
i only know of the subFM streams from the site. i believe there is a 128k option.... so if you want to record it, you'll get it uploaded faster than i will. i always run it through a slight mastering suite to get it sounding a little bit better for the archive, which has been taking me longer than usual lately.
