It's definitley a hi-hat struck closed, opened then closed again (as other peeps have said). If you can't find a sample you might get the same sound by cutting a tiny closed hi-hat hit so it had basically no decay, duplicating it and between the two putting the middle bit of an open hi-hat sample with a low pass filter doing a quick sweep up. Would be some crazy micro editing though!

It's the EXACT sample posted earlier (Honeydrippers - Impeach the President) - Just sample that MoFo :)

Ahhh man this would be the perfect time to post up a pic of my son Dracen in his Alpaca toque that my wife made for him. Can't find the pic tho.
