Personally i think it totally depends on the situation and the person. Without going in to to much detail I've been cheated on and i found out about it a year and half after the fact. The cheating part is horrible the thought of it etc. but the worst thing is the lie. Covering it up and not having the balls to come clean for over a year is pretty despicable and I know personally i couldn't keep that to myself.

To be honest though were all human we all make mistakes, it was a one time fuck up. We're still together, yeah the relationship is different and when i see the guy she fucked in a couple of months its going to take a lot of effort to not do something stupid but i figure everyone deserves a second chance.

i have been lucky though.
got cheated on years ago, and got in touch with her recently again when i was confused about my then current relationship.
girl that cheated on me, i can talk to her now again.

AFAIK I have never been cheated on, but I have cheated on a girl and been the third party (much to my shame but I was young and daft with a cock full of cum). Then when I could have had a relationship with said girl, I realised that if she cheated on her b/f then she'd quite likely cheat on me too - so I kept it as friends who sleep together and sure enough... she went out with someone else and continued to cheat on him to several other people.

The worst part isn't the act, which it's self is horrible, it's the lying and acting. I have never cheated on anyone since and I don't intend to, but I feel for her b/f, he's a dick but how she can kiss him when she had her lips around my cock just hours before... fucked up.
