Trippy one here Habit, it's taking me to some old ruins of a druids sacrificing temple out in a forest somewhere with spirits singing through the walls and shit...deadly habit wrote:

You could have left some feedback on the last few posts, keeps the topic worthwhile when people leave feedback as well as expect itBLAHBLAHJAH wrote: Really digging the uploaded tracks here, I'll let the topic flow though rather than raking tracks up from page 9 haha
TAME?!?! Lol. I'll be having a heart attack when I hear some of your less tame stuff!!!BLAHBLAHJAH wrote: One of my tamer tracks:

Hahaha yes yes! So you're saying in a perfect world people wouldn't sleep? Not sure I'm feeling that... It's when the world sleeps that I can truly be!BLAHBLAHJAH wrote:I meant do it for 24 hours!wirez wrote:I wouldBLAHBLAHJAH wrote: If life was perfect, we wouldn't be sat making music for 15 hours a day haha
Been cutting back on the sleep, but still it creeps up
haha
Haha cushty bruv, well I am following on Soundcloud so return the favour some timeBLAHBLAHJAH wrote:Hah thanks man, glad ya feeling them!
Yeah I raked through loads of tracks, started on page one, so thought it may fuck things up a bit if brought back someone's track from many moons ago. Gotta work my way backwards from this page and see the recent beauties
Anyway, checked your tracks now, digging the stuff on your myspace page, i'll network on there sometime. Ya got a real swish vibe to the tracks... Relaxing but not distracting!
Aye, sleep is a disrupted habit since the joy of partying fri-sun. Monday's sunrise is just too much strain
Dude you're a strange one! I actually liked this though
Fucking really like this one, decent track. I'd reconsider having so much distortion on the kick drum, but not to say that it doesn't work, I just feel it should be slightly more subtle. Other than that, that track is a fantastic piece of work IMO.KidQw3rty wrote: The next two are from the demo of the EP I'm currently working on:

for some reason the player won't work for this second one, so here's a link:

Nice track mate, easy to listen to and easy on the ears themselvesyouthful_implants wrote:this is a vocal dubstep/downtempo remix forthcoming on my new label Strontium. Would love to know what people think.

You tracks are decent but I don't think a wobble was actually necessary in the first two tracks, I think a driving bassline would have done them much more justice. It makes more sense in the second track, but I'd really work on making your wobbles sound more unique if you're going to use them because yours sound a little standard like you've make a sound with two square waves and a saw wave and added an LFO to it you know? Experiment with some effects such as flanger, chorus and distortion but be subtle (or don't, depending on the style you're aiming for) and I think your tracks will sound wicked!
Yo I would agree on trying to make the wobble fatter, as above. Some subtle reverb might bring it out a bit and make it sound less "synthetic" if that makes sensewirez wrote:You tracks are decent but I don't think a wobble was actually necessary in the first two tracks, I think a driving bassline would have done them much more justice.
