After wowing crowds at last year's Sonár festival in Barcelona as well as London, Paris and Berlin as part of the Warp 20 celebrations, Rustie touches down at FORMAT. Following his scorching, grime- tech, glitch-hop debut release Jagz the Smack E.P back in 2007, Rustie has gone on to cement himself at the forefront of the effervescent Glasgow scene alongside his mate and contemporary Hudson Mohawke. The young Glaswegian has recently signed with legendary electronic innovators Warp Records in a deal which will see them release his long awaited debut L.P. Perhaps best known in the increasingly expansive dubstep community for his Zomby – Spliff Dub remix, Rustie is set to blow up and defy genre confinement to next levels this year…we can’t put into words how excited we are about this one. This will be straight, savage dancefloor business.

By now, Youngsta should need no introduction. Without doubt one of the finest DJs in dubstep, Youngsta's flawless mixing and deadly accurate selection place him at the forefront of this evolving scene. Representing flagship label Tempa with an exclusive array of dubplates, his sets continue to raise the bar for quality and innovation. Despite his young age, Youngsta has already attained veteran status in the dubstep scene. Residencies at FWD>> and Rinse FM set him apart as a tastemaker and pioneer, supporting early productions from the likes of El-B, Horsepower, Loefah, Digital Mystickz, Skream, Benga, D1 and Headhunter. No other dubstep DJ sounds quite like Youngsta, his set's are ridicuously deep and contain cuts so exclusive they probably won't even get released.
