Lets talk about Bitcrushers!

Post by LordBid » Fri Mar 05, 2010 7:36 pm

so I like all the other people on here am after really solid talking synths like boregore/downlink etc etc... I have several bitcrusher vsts but I have found the one i like the most is built into Albino 3 itself, sadly it is difficult running multiple albino instances instead of just splitting the sound into channels so I am wondering what do you people use for your talking synths as far as bitcrusher vsts go?

Only just discovered bitcrushing as far as talking basses go, always reached for the sample rate instead of bit depth reduction :u:

I'm reppin' logics buit in, quite like it, probably better out there, cba searching for them though

Did you just say we're all looking for borgore synths?

Seriously though, as far as I'm concerned a bitcrushers a bitcrushers a bitcrusher...standard logic one for me.

I spell it BOREgore on purpose

Why the fuck is everyone mad for bit reduction? It is like the new wobble around here. I don't use it very often but when I do I usually do it through re-sampling in Ableton.
