yeah its something wrong the compression on soundcloud, dont think it didnt used to be like that.

Yeah, noticed it on my track and others too.

Could I please get some feedback, thanks:

Nice track dude, not really so much my thing but sounds tightly produced.

One crit I do have is that I can't understand a word of the geezer in the intro, the delay just clouds the fuck out of the speech :lol:

@luckycat Not a bad tune, the wobble feels a bit airy for my liking, It has highs and lows, but nothing in between if that makes sense. Everything else seems fine.

@TheSnifit For a first try, its not bad at all. Take some time to propperly gel together samples and justifying the space they need. Working on getting some clarity in the mix will really improve your production quality.

@suckabeat Good vibes, definately right about the drums however, it's like you've thrown a needle in a haystack with the sub to kick ratio. Just needs some work, nothing major.

On that note,

Sickening sub bass dude, sick track. IMO you need to go a bit more easy with that white noise sound, it hasn't got enough character to be rinsed as much as you use it, could easily be mistaken for an amateur mistake to the common ear.

This tune is sounding god man, the synths are brutal and the bass is sounding nice, I'd maybe look at the drums though, they sound a little rushed in parts.. maybe too many kicks or look at the high hats?... possible use a ride on the off beat.. keep it rolling.. good work though man.

@ legendary: remix - version 1: Lovin the vibe on this one mate... the verby hats are beautiful. All i could say is that the bass needs to be brought out a bit, but that could be just the headphones im havin to listen on which find sub a bit difficult anyway, maybe a bit of saturation? Other than that really feelin it, keep up the good work.

@ mistayif: CInematic orchestra sample, good shout, its a wicked noise as it is, i just find it hard having listened to the original so much! Theres times when i think the sample sort of doesnt follow how the track melody seems to go, butt hats only subjective. Drum work is nice and tight, and the track feels like a whole which is good. Enjoying it more and more as the song progresses.

@ Astral: Wicked glides on the bass! Enjoyed the breakdown. Again id agree that the white noise could be used a bit more rarely, Also possibly the drum beat gets a little repetitive after a while, could try making some very subtle changes to it. apart from that its a solid track.

Iv got a track thats sort of half finished, would love some feedback on all areas, i still need to add my sub bass, but im finding that part a little tricky atm. Also everything seems to lack colour and vo,lume since ive uploaded it to soundcloud, first time ive used it tho so not really suer why.

@rubicon guava - This is a great track man, the drum programming is really tidy..big fan of the ghost hits, maybe vary there velocity to give it more of a groove? really liking the vibe, glad you decided not to take it too "heavy".. think it would of been a bad idea to go too aggressive with the synth that kicks in at 1.50. I'd maybe think of creating some melody changes with the bass synth, it can get a little repetitive with the same lead line continuing throughout.. Nice atmospheres though, got the making of a great track tho man.x

@ quantax: fuck me, WHAT A TUNE. absolutely bliss, only thing i can suggest is maybe increase the release of that sub bass so it holds its volume for a little longer, loving the vocal sample and the little bleepy delayed bits

@rubiconguava: you got the drums and the atmospheric pads and hits dialled in really nicely. only thing i would say is that wobbly synth during the 1st half sounds slightly out of place. maybe increase the cut off a bit?
can't wait to hear this after you've added the subbass to it

@Astral
stonker of a tune, only thing i could reccomend is have you tried pushing up the bpm a little? just 1 or 2 could make it a little more hype :D
@Dubsac
tbh im not sure if i like this tune too much, the yoy wobbles seem to high a octave, the intro & first drop are pretty awesome, also some extra brightness would be awesome too. one last thing that i think would be really awesome in this track is if you put a reverse kick the end of every 2=4 bars :D just zips it together!

@Astral Re: Sentinel
Digging that intro man, great sound. I like the 4x4 beat in the break. The synth work over all is awesome.
The programming on the hats is wicked but personally I would bring them up a bit in the mix, but that's just me.
Overall I really like it.

@Dubsac RE: Still Searching:
I like the vibe on this tune. I agree about adding a ride or something similar on the off beat, would add a little swing to the tune. I definitely prefer the sub bass over the "talking" wobble you got going on but that's more of a personal preference, it does seem to suit the track though. I like the choice in Pads as well.

@jsaxton Re: Pump The Party
Love that sample from the intro, classic! Great drop and drum programming. You could try eq'ing the bassline a little to allow more of the Pump This Party sample to come through. I would totally drop this tune in a set though and it would slay the dance. I assume that it's not going to fade out in the final version though, right?

And now here is my tune for feedback:

This track has real potential to be fantastic, I love the dubby feeling and the idea is a good one. Unfortunately a lot of it didn't seem to flow properly to me and I would consider rearranging the part without vocals to give it a little more groove and allowing it to flow more naturally.
Also, the delay could do with some tidying up in terms of cutting some of the lower frequencies in it and shortening the delay times just a little bit to stop the delay tails overlapping and creating so much mud.
