Mine would have to be, £2-4k on equiptment (monitors, mic, h/w synth, headphones)
£2-3k on a week long break with the family, the rest in the bank and premium bonds.
Can't say i've not specced up a pricey mac before, similarly, made up orders from thomman for too much loot too.

Couldn't ever face handing over the cash tho, my gutter instincts resent me even paying rent or council tax!

ps.
I should probably spend some on re-taking my gcse's in english or buying a dictionary.

Wow, it will be obsolete long before you get 100% out of it. In two years that machine will be worth 500 or so. So is it worth the 6k a year? Probably not because you most likely only have about $50 a month in skills.
